Carrer del Pi

Del Pi Street (Carrer del Pi in Catalan) is one of the most traditional and curious streets in Barcelona's Gothic Quarter. It is in one of its old flats that this series of works was created, inspired by the serene, liberal and rational atmosphere that has accompanied this city throughout the centuries. Barcelona is one of the most progressive cities in Europe, and its inhabitants tend to enjoy Mediterranean life in a gentle, friendly and playful way, but without the drive or intensity of other world capitals. Nudity and reading, the imagination of a summer afternoon with the outside doors and windows open, and fans that make it more bearable, allow us to move into a hedonistic lifestyle where culture and small everyday pleasures merge without stridency.
